Renlit is primarily designed for Creators, Professionals, and Communities. While political expression is permitted, we actively discourage using the platform solely for political conflict. We encourage you to share your art, your work, and your life—not just your outrage. Discussions that center on shared interests (hobbies, career growth, art) are the heart of this community. If you are here to fight a culture war, you may find your experience limited. If you are here to build something, you will thrive.

These Official Community Guidelines delineate the requisite behavioral standards and expectations applicable to all registered users of the Renlit Platform. This comprehensive framework is meticulously designed to foster and sustain a professional, secure, and legally compliant digital environment that accommodates diverse regional and global communities. This document serves as a binding regulatory reference for acceptable user conduct.

SECTION 1. Professionalism, Integrity, and Civility

• a. Professional Conduct: Users shall conduct themselves with professionalism, requisite courtesy, and appropriate consideration toward all other Platform participants, recognizing the inherent diversity of the global user base.
• b. Hate Speech & Harassment: The dissemination of content constituting harassment, promotion of hate speech, systematic bullying, or targeted personal attacks is strictly prohibited.
  • i. Harassment is defined as any sustained, malicious, or intimidating behavior directed at an individual or group.
  • ii. Hate speech includes any content that explicitly promotes violence or hatred against protected characteristics.
• c. Discrimination: It is mandated that Users refrain from the posting or promotion of content that incites violence, systematic discrimination, or systemic hostility against individuals or identifiable groups predicated upon attributes such as religious affiliation, ethnicity, gender identity, national origin, disability status, or sexual orientation.
• d. Authenticity: All interactions conducted with other users must be characterized by authenticity, executed in demonstrable good faith, and directed towards constructive engagement.
• e. Community Civility: Renlit enforces a zero-tolerance policy for "Noise." This includes shouting matches, persistent harassment, and ad hominem attacks. While respectful disagreement is allowed and encouraged, toxicity is not. Content deemed to be purely inflammatory or "rage-baiting" will be removed to preserve the professional atmosphere.
• f. Family-Oriented Community Harmony: To preserve the platform's professional and secular environment, protect the safety of minors, and uphold Eastern family-oriented values, Renlit employs automated filtering to restrict specific categories of vocabulary. This includes profane slang, religious slogans/chants, and recognized warcries associated with violence or extremism.
• g. Personal Information & Privacy: You may not publish, post, or distribute other people's private, non-public information without their express permission. Threatening to "dox" results in immediate suspension.

SECTION 2. Religious, Political, and Professional Content Standards

Note: Renlit operates on a "Competence & Accountability" model.

• a. Religious Content Policy: Renlit is a strictly secular platform. We strictly prohibit Proselytizing, Preaching, and Religious Recruitment. Any content designed to convert others, enforce religious dogma, or preach theology will be classified as "Off-Topic Noise" and removed.
• b. Political Content & Verification:
  • i. General Discourse & Freedom of Speech: All users are permitted to exercise their freedom of speech regarding political figures, news, and events.
  • ii. Restricted Analysis: While opinion is free, Authoritative Political Analysis is restricted to Verified Experts.
  • iii. Election Promotions: Campaigning and advertisements are exclusively restricted to Verified Political Entities and Verified Political Analysts.
  • iv. Content Accuracy: Verification confirms identity, not infallibility. All political and social commentary should be treated as subjective opinion unless supported by objective, verifiable data.
• c. Dangerous Organizations & Individuals: Renlit reserves the right to ban or deny service to groups with a verified record of war crimes or ideologies advocating for coercive imposition of religious law.
• d. Coordinated Inauthentic Behavior: Renlit strictly prohibits Foreign Influence Operations. Accounts identified as being directed by foreign state entities to sow social discord will be classified as "Hostile Information Warfare."
• e. Professional Verification: Verification is mandatory for professional practice in specific fields:
  • i. Health, Law, & Finance: (MD, CFA, JD)
  • ii. Political Science, National Security, & Public Affairs: (MA/PhD or Verified distinguished career history) for the purpose of posting Authoritative Political Analysis.
• f. Visual Content Standards: We maintain a strict "Classy/PG-13" standard for the public feed.
  • i. Allowed Content: Fine Art, Photography, Performance (Dance, Cosplay), and Fashion (including Swimwear/Bikinis in context).
  • ii. Banned (Feed & Posts): Nudity, exposed genitalia, or posts explicitly soliciting sexual services.
  • iii. Banned (Profile & Cover Images): Must be strictly "Safe for Work" (SFW).
  • iv. Third-Party Links: Linking to subscription content sites (Fansly, OnlyFans) is restricted to "Link-in-Bio" aggregators (e.g., Auros.me) in profiles.
  • v. Commercial Modeling Standards: Mirror selfies and waist-up images are permitted, but "headless" imagery (neck-down only) or content focused exclusively on intimate areas without context is Prohibited.

SECTION 3. Illegal and Prohibited Content

• a. Illegal Material: Material that is demonstrably illegal, including unauthorized copyrighted material or content promoting fraud.
• b. Child Safety: CSAM and any content that serves to exploit or place children in harm's way is strictly prohibited.
• c. Self-Harm: Content which promotes or encourages self-harm, suicide, or severe bodily injury.
• d. Illicit Trade: Material facilitating human trafficking, illegal narcotics, or organized crime.
• e. Adult Content & Services: Solicitation of sexual acts, escort services, or "sugar dating" is prohibited.
• f. Privacy & Consent: Revenge porn and explicit content posted without consent of all depicted parties.
• g. Violence & Public Safety:
  • i. Incitement to Violence: Plan or encourage acts of physical violence or riots.
  • ii. Hate Speech & Organized Hate: Ideologies advocating for mass violence or ethnic cleansing.
  • iii. Public Order & Civil Unrest: Organizing violent overthrow of a government or attacks on public infrastructure.
• h. Animal Cruelty: Content depicting cruelty, abuse, or torture of animals (e.g., organized animal fighting).
• i. Dangerous Acts: Promotion of "viral challenges" likely to result in severe injury or death.
• j. Prohibited Sexual Themes: Zero-tolerance regarding content that sexualizes familial relationships (consanguinity).
  • i. Explicit Depictions: Visual or textual content describing sexual acts between family members.
  • ii. Implied or Roleplay Narratives: Memes or narratives suggesting sexual attraction towards family members.

SECTION 4. Marketplace & Clean Commerce

• a. Verification: Only Government Identity Verified "Merchant Module" subscribers are permitted to list items for sale.
• b. User Responsibility: Marketplace users are solely responsible for enabling and monitoring Push Notifications.
• c. Prohibited Items: Adult services, health products (medicines/supplements), financial schemes (crypto MLMs), and weapons explicitly marketed for civil unrest.
• d. Merchant Accountability:
  • i. Merchant Obligations: Resolve legitimate disputes within 72 hours.
  • ii. Suspension: Fraudulent merchants suffer permanent Marketplace bans.
  • iii. Buyer Responsibility: Report substantive issues within 7 days.
• e. Friendly Fraud: Falsely initiating payment disputes results in immediate account termination.

SECTION 5. Intellectual Property and Authenticity

• a. Rights: Respect copyrights, trademarks, and DMCA requirements.
• b. Ownership: Post only content for which you possess proprietary ownership or legal authorization.
• c. Impersonation: Misrepresentation is disallowed; satire/parody must be clearly designated.
• d. Spam & Manipulation: Deceptive clickbait, spam, or engagement farms are strictly forbidden.
• e. AI & Synthetic Content:
  • i. Transparency: Mandatory labeling is required ONLY for wholly synthesized media.
  • ii. Harassment: Do not harass creators for using AI tools or falsely accuse artists of AI usage.
  • iii. Abuse of Reporting: Reporting content solely because it is AI-generated is an abuse of the system.
  • iv. Data Usage: Renlit pledges NOT to use your original content to train generative AI models.

SECTION 6. Platform Security and Abuse

• a. Interference: Interference with platform operational integrity is prohibited.
• b. Scraping: Bulk data collection via automated scripts requires prior written authorization.
• c. Security: Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or the introduction of viruses results in permanent suspension.
• d. Misuse of Features: Manipulating internal voting or rank systems is prohibited.

SECTION 7. Verification and Identity

• a. Requirement & Access: Mandatory for Merchants, Politicians, and regulated Experts (Health/Law/Finance).
• b. Subscription Model: Verification is a paid, renewable service. Failure to renew results in revocation of status.
• c. Accuracy: Misrepresentation of identity or age (minimum 16+) leads to loss of privileges.

SECTION 8. Moderation and Enforcement

• a. Process: Combination of proactive automated detection and reactive user reports.
• b. Enforcement Actions: proportional implementation ranging from content removal to permanent account termination.
• c. Appeals & Finality:
  • i. Statute of Limitations: Appeals must be lodged within 30 calendar days.
  • ii. Finality: Decisions rendered following an appeal review are absolute and final.

SECTION 9. Commercial Content & Advertising Policy

• a. Advertising Standards:
  • i. Universal Compliance: Organic prohibitions apply to all paid advertisements.
  • ii. Sexualized Content: "Thirst Trap" style ads are prohibited in paid slots.
  • iii. Violence Standards: Real-world gore is prohibited; fictional action combat is permitted.
  • iv. Truth in Advertising: Unverifiable health or financial claims are forbidden.
  • v. Regulated Services: Ads for Medicine, Engineering, Law, and Animal Care are restricted to Verified Professionals.
• b. Sponsorship Transparency: Paid partnership content must be clearly labeled (e.g., #Ad, #Sponsored).

SECTION 10. Special Regional Considerations

Renlit discloses every instance of user data handover to government authorities unless prohibited by a Court Order.

• a. Europe (EU/EEA/UK): Compliance with GDPR and the Digital Services Act (DSA).
• b. North America: Adherence to Section 230 and FEC electoral regulations.
• c. India: Compliance with IT Rules and domestic data governance statutes.
• d. East & Southeast Asia: Restrictions on sectarian materials and mandatory compliance with valid governmental orders.
• e. Africa: Political discourse follows national media and anti-defamation statutes.
• f. Latin America: Compliance with local electoral authorities and regional norms.

SECTION 11. Relationship to Terms of Service

• a. These Guidelines constitute an integral, non-severable extension of the primary Terms of Service.
• b. Contravention shall be deemed a material breach of the Terms of Service.

SECTION 12. Updates to These Guidelines

• a. Subject to periodic revision based on legal and technological evolution.
• b. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform interface or email.
